Dates of Issue of Application forms 

15^th November, 2024 – Jr.K.G to Grade VIII

Application forms will be issued only after verifying the photo copies of the following documents:-

• Child’s Birth Certificate (Born on or before March 2022)

• Parent’s Qualification(Minimum Degree)

• Report Card (Sr.K.G to Grade VIII)

Time  : 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Application cost Rs. 500/-

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION 

FILLED – UP APPLICATION SHOULD SUBMIT WITH IN  3  WORKING DAYS

 Photo copy of the following should be submitted.

• 1) Birth Certificate,
• 2) Aadhar
• 3) Address Proof
• 4) Parents Qualification
• 5) Community Certificate (Father)
• 6) Incomplete application will be rejected. 

Children who have completed 3 years of age by 31st March will be admitted to Junior Kinder Garten. For admission to grade I children should have completed 5 years of age.
